When booking any product through the Seraphim Tours website, payment must be made via the company’s bank account. The company’s IBAN will be provided to the client in order to complete the transaction.
A 50% deposit of the total trip cost must be paid upon booking confirmation, and the remaining balance (50%) must be settled 15 days prior to the trip start date.
Please note that if payment is not completed within the specified deadlines, the company reserves the right to automatically cancel the booking, and the 50% deposit will be non-refundable.
– Day tours (without flights): Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the arrival time.
– Multi-day tours (without flights and accommodation): Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start date. This policy does not apply once the first tour has commenced.
For packages and tours including flights:
High Season (September 1 – January 5, March 15 – May 15):
– From booking date up to 61 days before arrival: 20% of the tour cost is charged.
– Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 40% of the tour cost is charged.
– Between 29 and 15 days before arrival: 60% of the tour cost is charged.
– Between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 85% of the tour cost is charged.
– From 6 days up to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the tour cost is charged.
Low Season (January 6 – March 14, May 16 – August 31):
– From booking date up to 61 days before arrival: 10% of the tour cost is charged.
– Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 25% of the tour cost is charged.
– Between 29 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the tour cost is charged.
– Between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 80% of the tour cost is charged.
– From 6 days up to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the tour cost is charged.
Refunds will be made using the same original payment method. If no cancellation or refund policy applies, it will be clearly stated to avoid disputes. In case of an error in the payment process, refunds will be returned to the same credit card used for purchase.
The company offers purchase vouchers that can be used to buy products at bazaars and shops partnered with the company. These vouchers may cover up to 50% of the total purchase value, and are offered to customers as part of the company’s promotional or loyalty programs.
Any dispute or claim related to this website shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Egypt is the company’s primary country of residence.
Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to register as users of this website or to make transactions.
If you make a payment via the website, your details will be transmitted directly to the payment provider through a secure connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies.
We accept online payments via Visa and Mastercard in Egyptian Pounds (or any other agreed currency).
